My name is Gwen Tewold. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and energy healer. I offer holistic approaches to pain relief and well-being.

In my practice, the needs and comfort of the client always come first. I ask for feedback from the client about the massage pressure and their comfort. I do not believe in "no pain, no gain", unless that's what feels right to the client at that time. I have the awareness that the client is the "true healer"; I, as the therapist, am facilitating the session based on the needs and expectations of the client.

My modalities include therapeutic massage (from light, relaxing pressure to deep tissue), cranial sacral therapy, lymph drainage therapy, hot stone massage, Raindrop Therapy with essential oils, ion detox foot bath, as well as energy techniques including Reiki, Quantum Touch, Access Consciousness/The Bars, Energy Medicine, BodyTalk, Matrix Energetics, and Aura-Soma color therapy.
